How often are meals delivered?

Get your meals on:

(Delivery A) Saturdays or Mondays

(Delivery B) Wednesdays

Can I decide how many meals are delivered on A and B?

Split your meals any way you want between delivery days - 2 meals on Monday and 8 on Wednesday? No problem! Just one flat delivery fee of $35 per week, whether you choose one or two deliveries.

Is there a delivery fee?

One flat delivery fee of HKD 35 per week - covering all your deliveries, whether you choose one day or both.

I live on Hong Kong Island or Kowloon. What are my delivery options?

Morning Delivery (Contactless) Before 8:30am

Early morning contactless delivery before 8:30am - your meals arrive in thermal bags with ice packs. No doorbell, no disruption. Just fresh meals waiting at your door, ready for the fridge.

I live in New Territories. What are my delivery options?

SF Cold Chain Delivery

Your meals will be delivered by a third party SF cold chain service.

A: 09:00 - 15:00

B: 15:00 - 20:00

Please note that the timeslots are not guaranteed as the individual drivers daily routes and load are changing.

Outlying Islands

Self-pick up shops and lockers

Choose from 3 self pick-up lockers or 83 SF Express shops equipped with chilled storage.

Please get in touch with us after placing your order with your preferred pick-up shop location.

Can I request a delivery time?

While we can't guarantee specific delivery times, we're happy to work with you. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll try our best to accommodate your schedule.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Need to change your delivery address? Simply update it through our customer portal or contact our team before your delivery date.

What should I do if I receive the wrong meal or if there's an issue with my delivery?

Delivery issues? Contact us right away and we'll sort it out quickly.

Can I skip a delivery if I'm out of town?

Need to skip or pause? Update your meal plan in the customer portal before the weekly cutoff or chat with Martin on Whatsapp.

What happens if there is a typhoon affecting delivery?

How often do I need to pick my meals?

You only need to select your meals once a week with Mealthy.

The order cut-off is Wednesday at 6pm, so make sure to choose your meals before then.
