Delivery Questions and Answers

How often are meals delivered?

Mealthy delivers meals twice weekly, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

You can choose meals from Delivery A (Saturdays and Mondays) and Delivery B (Wednesdays), allowing you to customize how many meals you receive on each delivery day. You have the freedom to pick as many or as few meals as you like for each delivery, tailoring the schedule to fit your needs.

If you're on a 4-meal plan, you can choose either Delivery A or Delivery B

Can I decide how many meals are delivered on A and B?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of meals you can allocate to each delivery day. For instance, if you order 10 meals, you can choose to receive 2 meals with Delivery A and 8 meals with Delivery B, or any other combination that works best for you. This flexibility allows you to tailor your meal plan according to your personal needs.

For those on a 4-meal plan you may select from just a single delivery A or B.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, there is a weekly delivery fee of 35 HKD, regardless of whether you choose Delivery A, Delivery B, or a combination of both. This fee ensures your meals are delivered fresh and on time each week

I live on Hong Kong Island or Kowloon. What are my delivery options?

Morning Delivery (Contactless) Before 8:30am

We deliver meals twice a week in the early morning directly from our kitchen. Meals are packed in thermal bags with ice packs to maintain the temperature. When you're ready for the day, just open the door, pop the meals in the fridge, and you're all set.

Please note that the drivers will not ring the doorbell or call unless necessary, as deliveries are made early in the morning.

I live in New Territories. What are my delivery options?

SF Cold Chain Delivery

Your meals will be delivered by a third party SF cold chain service.

A: 09:00 - 15:00

B: 15:00 - 20:00

Please note that the timeslots are not guaranteed as the individual drivers daily routes and load are changing.

Outlying Islands

Self-pick up shops and lockers

Choose from 3 self pick-up lockers or 83 SF Express shops equipped with chilled storage.

Please get in touch with us after placing your order with your preferred pick-up shop location.

Can I request a delivery time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a set delivery time due to the constraints of our delivery schedule.

However, we understand the importance of flexibility in your busy lifestyle. Please feel free to get in touch with us on WhatsApp, and we will do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your delivery address by contacting our customer service team before the delivery date. You may also update your address through our customer portal.

Please ensure changes are made in advance to accommodate your request.

What should I do if I receive the wrong meal or if there's an issue with my delivery?

If there's any issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately via our customer service channels. We are committed to resolving any problems swiftly to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I skip a delivery if I'm out of town?

Yes, you can skip or pause an order by skipping our pausing your meal plan in your customer portal. Be sure to make changes before the weekly cutoff time.

What happens if there is a typhoon affecting delivery?

When a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is issued, Mealthy's standard practice is to suspend all delivery services for the safety of our delivery team and customers.

Deliveries affected by the typhoon will be rescheduled to the next available safe day once the weather conditions have improved.

We strive to communicate any changes or delays in delivery schedules promptly to keep you informed. Our priority is to ensure that your meals are delivered safely and remain fresh.

How often do I need to pick my meals?

You only need to select your meals once a week with Mealthy.

The order cut-off day is Wednesday, so make sure to choose your meals before then.

In the Pick Meal and Delivery form you can pick meals from both Menu A and Menu B.

Delivery A: Meals are delivered on Saturdays or Mondays.
