How to heat your meals

Reheating your meals is quick, easy, and convenient. Whether you use a microwave, steamer, air-fryer, oven, or stovetop, each method heats your meal in minutes. Enjoy a hot, delicious dish anytime!

  • Steamer / Rice Cooker

    Add a steamer basket to your rice cooker, place foods in steam safe tray and reheat for 8-15 minutes.

  • Microwave

    Peel open a corner from each compartment. Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes, let it rest for 1 minute. Add 30 seconds increments if needed.

  • Air-fryer / Oven

    Remove food from tray and place in oven safe dish. Heat on high (200°C) for 5-8 minutes for air-fryer or 8-12 minutes for a regular oven.

  • Stove Top

    Remove food from tray and heat in a medium-high heat skillet for 4-8 minutes with a lid on. Serve on a plate.

Heating times will vary depending heating method and applicances, adjust times as necessary and ensure food is fully heated before consuming.

Customer Tips & Tricks

  • I fold the boxes in half to fit in my man purse to bring to work.
  • I cut the sections of the tray with scissors to mix and match sides and carbs.
  • Sometimes I will mix up the meals into a stir-fry to make it my own.
  • I store the meals in my fridge based on the best-before dates.
  • I wash all the trays and film lids and bring them to recycling every week.
  • I freeze half the meals from each delivery so I do not need to stress later in the week about best-before dates.
  • I transfer the frozen meals into zip lock bags that I mark with meal names to save freezer space, it lets me fit 3 times as many meals!
