Cancellation policy

Meal Plan Subscriptions

Your weekly meal plan subscription will automatically renew, and your chosen payment method will be charged for each delivery unless you modify or cancel it.

How to Cancel, Pause, or Skip

You can cancel your subscription, pause deliveries, or skip a week at any time by:

- Logging into your account, or

- Using the link in your order confirmation emails.

Unconfirmed Orders

If you do not confirm and select meals by the weekly cutoff, we will automatically skip your upcoming delivery to avoid sending meals unnecessarily.

Changing Your Meal Plan Size

If you request a change to your meal plan size (e.g., increasing from 6 to 8 meals per week), you authorize us to charge the updated amount starting with your next applicable delivery.

Order Cutoff Deadline

Once you’ve selected and confirmed your meals for an upcoming week, that order can no longer be canceled or refunded. However, you can still modify future deliveries.

Auto-Renewal & Billing

Subscriptions continue until canceled. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.
