Returns & Refunds Policy

Meal Plans (Perishable Items)

We do not accept returns or refunds for prepared meals or perishable food items as they are made fresh to order. If you have any concerns about your meal delivery, please contact us immediately at info@mealthy.com.hk so we can address the issue.

Non-Food Items

You have 30 days to return eligible non-food items if they are:

  • Unused/unworn

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return:

  1. Email info@mealthy.com.hk to request a return

  2. We'll provide a return label and instructions if approved

  3. Ship items to: [Your Return Address]

Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive:

  • Damaged/defective items

  • Wrong products
    We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • All food/perishable items

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Allow additional processing time for your bank/credit card

  • Contact us if you don't receive your refund within 15 business days of approval

Exchanges

For non-food items, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item

  2. Placing a new order once your return is processed
